Residence - 2
Mr. Pintu Kumar, Chandigarh
Apartment Three is a luxurious 5 BHK residence in Chandigarh, designed for a long-standing client from Mumbai who entrusted us with the design of two homes in Chandigarh. The project reflects a deep understanding of the client's lifestyle, developed through an ongoing relationship built on trust and shared design sensibilities.
Conceived as a sophisticated yet highly personal living environment, the home continues our philosophy of creating interiors that are both timeless and tailored. Every element has been thoughtfully selected to balance comfort, functionality, and understated luxury. A palette of natural materials and warm tones forms the foundation of the design, creating an inviting atmosphere that feels elegant without being overwhelming.
Bespoke furniture pieces, handcrafted details, and carefully curated accessories come together to establish a cohesive design language throughout the residence. Soft, layered lighting accentuates textures and materials while enhancing the openness of the spaces, creating an ambience that transitions seamlessly from day to evening.
The entrance sets the tone for the home with a playful interplay of colour, sculptural forms, and statement furnishings that immediately establish a distinct identity. Art, design objects, and custom-crafted elements are integrated throughout the interiors, adding character and visual interest while remaining deeply connected to everyday living.
Touches of greenery introduce a sense of calm and freshness, complementing the warm material palette and contributing to an environment that feels both refined and relaxing. The result is a home that is vibrant yet balanced—a contemporary sanctuary designed to support peaceful daily living while reflecting the individuality of its owners.
Apartment Three stands as an example of how thoughtful planning, bespoke craftsmanship, and a strong client-designer relationship can come together to create a residence that is both luxurious and deeply personal.
