The 3,500 sft entrance lobby for an 18-storey office tower at Ghatkopar has been envisioned as more than a conventional commercial arrival space. The client’s brief was to create a warm, welcoming environment with a refined hospitality-driven experience for visitors and occupants alike.

In response, we approached the lobby as a boutique lounge destination rather than a typical corporate reception area. The design integrates a curated café experience at the entrance, allowing the aroma of freshly brewed coffee to become part of the spatial identity and first impression of the building. Comfortable lounge seating, layered lighting, tactile materials, and thoughtfully detailed elements together create an inviting ambience that balances sophistication with warmth.

The overall design language aims to blur the line between hospitality and workplace environments, offering users a relaxed yet premium arrival experience within a contemporary commercial setting.
